This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness is kindness with the week running from 18th-24th May.

Being kind can significantly improve our physical and emotional wellbeing – whether we are giving or receiving it. And in these times, it is as important as ever to be just that…kind.

We take all aspects of Mental Health within our workplace seriously. Afterall, we have no Health without Mental Health.
