Archie Paterson – Operations Director
Archie began his career in the Construction Industry in 1983 and has gained 36 years experience in the Painting & Decorating Industry covering all aspects of the trade.Throughout his career, Archie has managed various companies, managing labour, tendering for contracts and dealing with cost control. Archie joined Decorall in 2008, managing all aspects of the business.
Archie’s wealth of experience in a wide variety of sectors enables him to guide and lead our team in all environments, helping to deepen our teams knowledge and develop our apprentices into skilled tradesmen.
In 2016, the opportunity arose to carry out a management buyout of Decorall. Since then Decorall have moved premises to East Kilbride, allowing the business to continually grow and expand.
Andrew Allison - Commercial Director
With 15 years in the construction industry, Andrew deals with the commercial aspects of the business from project estimation to quantity surveying working closely with clients and operational team.
Andrew began his career as a modern apprentice within a local authority and soon moved on to become a trainee quantity surveyor for a main contractor where he gained a vast array of experience in various sectors on refurbishment projects of various sizes and durations. Along with this role Andrew also dealt with the commercial aspects of Decorall which in time became his full time position and progressed through the business into his current role as Director.
