Over the past 12 weeks we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes putting together new procedures and safety measures for our employees. This has been a thorough process for us, ensuring we are following all necessary procedures, not only to give us the green light to continue work, however to protect our teams and ensure they are at ease and comfortable to do so. We have ensured each of our team members have been educated on ‘the new way of life’ in terms of procedures, each member of the team have been fully equipped with a PPE kit and we have taken a staggered approach to return to work.
Along with installing protection shields in our offices and bespoke PPE kits, we are delighted with how well our teams have taken to this change. Next week sees the last fit of the jigsaw with our last employee returning. We have also created additional roles, adding a Contracts Manager and Contracts Supervisor to our team to support our new way of working.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the invaluable support we have been given throughout this unprecedented time, however most importantly, we would like to thank our staff who have been nothing short of amazing during this time. We really are so lucky to have the people we do.
