This week is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, a week that DecorAll always endeavors to recognise and support.
This years theme is nature and the environment. Over the past year, the majority of us have likely been comforted by nature around us during the stress of the Covid19 pandemic. A growing body of research suggests that the best way to improve our mental health is by spending more time outdoors with nature.
Whether it be spending time in your garden, going a walk or assisting someone to access nature, lets get out there!
Check in with your friends, family and colleagues. Keep active, look after yourself and be kind. You matter.
